Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubator of Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology was founded on July 1st, 1997.  The Center mainly manages school resources, spaces and equipment dedicated for startups, and integrates those with the resources from academia-industry collaboration, research and development programs, and school administrations to help entrepreneurs build new businesses, products, and technologies and transform small and medium enterprises. By providing office space for residency, equipment, R & D technologies, assistance for funding, business services, management consultation and government resources, the costs and risks for entrepreneurship and early stage of R & D are reduced, and the excellent incubation environment greatly improves the chances of success for new businesses.
